Dr. Goran Shibakovski is a Teaching and Research Assistant in Social Sciences at University St. Paul the Apostle in Ohrid, R. Macedonia. In 2016 he defended his doctoral dissertation about “Structuring of the parliamentary elite in the Republic of Macedonia (1991-2011)” in Political Science at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bulgaria, as well as his Master’s degree in Political Management (2008) and Bachelor degree in Political Science (2006) at the same University.
