Esther Martínez Pastor is assistant professor in the Faculty of Communication Sciences at the University Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. She is PhD in Communication Sciences and she has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations (University Complutense de Madrid) and Law (UNED).  Her research lines are focused on advertising, transparent administration, public service announcement, regulation, PSA and children. Currently she is collaborating with an interdisciplinary group aiming to construct a database on advertising of the public service announcement (PSA) http://www.mapi.urjc.es/
