Olivera Komar is assistant professor of political science at University of Montenegro (www.ucg.ac.me). She is also one of the owners of one of the leading Montenegrin public opinion survey agency – De Facto Consultancy (www.defacto.me). Olivera is principal investigator of Montenegrin National Election Study MNES (www.mnes.defacto.me) which is part of the Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (www.cses.org) and European Value Study for Montenegro (http://www.europeanvaluesstudy.eu). Her interests include political behavior and political communication and she is an author and co-author of number of papers and publication about voting, elections and political behavior in general. Olivera often consults for Government of Montenegro and United Nations when it comes to topics related to evaluation and monitoring public policies. She is one of the authors of Montenegrin National Strategy of Sustainable Development.
