Eva Marín Hlynsdóttir (1975) is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Iceland. She obtained her PhD from the University of Iceland in 2015. In her research she has focused on local government and public administration from a broad perspective including issues such as local leadership and central-local relations.  She has published in books from Palgrave and Gyldendal and Journals such as Lex Localis and Icelandic Review of Politics and Administration.
